I put out that i needed a fix and they answered quickly and professionally unfortunately the issue had been resolved separately and the services weren't needed but they were courteous and respectful should i need a problem solved in the future i already know who i can rely on. Some home insurance also gives you cover for boiler breakdowns, either as standard or as an optional extra, so it's worth checking if you already.
